This program will provide cooking classes and healthier lifestyle tips specifically for people living with diabetes. Offered as a free, four-part workshop series that’s great for reducing the onset and managing the existence of diabetes.
Before each live cooking demonstration, watch a short video that covers topics on ways to live better with diabetes through nutritional and healthy food choices. Then join us for the companion cooking demonstration featuring some of Metro Atlanta’s most engaging chefs. What happens if you can’t make it to class? Don’t worry! Registered participants will receive a link to the recording of the virtual cooking demonstration.
